This package has my heart. I mean it. Some of the best parenting advice I received when pregnant with my oldest, Bennett, was “start as you mean to go on.” Now, a lot of advice we get before becoming parents is well, not helpful, but this little piece of advice changed my parenting life. It is so much easier to start well from the beginning. With the Foundation package, it is my goal to teach you all about infant and baby sleep so you can teach your little one positive, independent sleep skills from the start. This is not a sleep training plan, rather it is a plan to help you avoid sleep training in the future. If we can teach our babies from the beginning, then we do not have to change their routines and patterns as they age. This guide will help you do just that—lay a solid foundation of positive, independent sleep skills all while snuggling your fresh new little one. In fact, this guide encourages holding baby for naps! Can I say just a little more about this package? When I brought Bennett home from the hospital, I felt lost and overwhelmed (can anyone relate?). I felt like I didn’t know what he needed. Once I learned all about what I will share with you in the Foundations package, I felt like I understood my baby more and could predict his needs and meet them quicker! It honestly helped me feel more prepared as a mother and that is my goal for you as a parent as well!

Okay, one more thing: what sets this package apart is the unlimited texting/email support with me. Instead of texting your friends who don’t know about baby sleep, text me, your new friend! I’ll be there to answer all your questions and help you over two weeks!

*Just to note again: this is not a sleep training package. We will work to lay a solid foundation, but this package does not cover night weaning. This package aims to be mostly tear free as well!
